Denial of Registration
In a suit to compel the state registration board to register plaintiff as a physician and surgeon, the alleged malice of the board in denying registration is immaterial, if under the state law plaintiff was not entitled to registration. Lindsey v. Allen, D.C.Mass.1920, 269 F. 656, appeal dismissed 258 U.S. 613.
